Green Hat has several teams. On the whole, new hires will join the product development team, or the project delivery team. The main difference between the two is our product development team is based in London or Belfast, and our project delivery teams go where the work is. This could mean working in the office, working in the UK, or in Europe, or elsewhere in the world.

At Green Hat, our employees are our assets, our differentiation from the competition. We treat every application on its merits: a sound, mature approach is valued above all else. Everyone has clear responsibilities and objectives, and career advancement is based on merit: your opportunities are limited only by your abilities and your confidence. We help our employees to build both.

As we work in a niche area, we provide training to get you up to speed. We expect this training to be ongoing throughout your career: we do not discard our team members just because they do not have the right technical skills. Instead, we provide opportunities for them to renew their skills: individual technologies to us are just different accents on the same universal language.
